Appointment Setter

Reach out to warm leads, sell them on scaling their high-ticket business with Wealth Nexus, and build our setting/sales process as our first setter.

The mission

Wealth Nexus is a global private network for Muslim men scaling high-ticket businesses. The mission is to build a strong brotherhood for the Ummah.

The men it's built for run coaching, consulting, agency and other premium-service businesses. Members get ten programs, AI tools, and a network of other Muslim founders.

We have an extremely valuable product, now we need to convert people on it. We're looking for somebody who really believes in what we're building, can be part of the mission, and could eventually become a closer.

You'd be the first setter on the sales team, building the setting process from scratch. We have endless resources and training, we just need someone extremely focused, who can dedicate themselves to mastering client acquisition, so that you can help build and scale our sales process.

What you'll own

  • Reaching out to warm leads and selling them on Wealth Nexus.
  • Booking calls with the men who could use us, and making sure they show up.
  • Building the setting process as you work it.
  • Telling me what's working, what isn't, and what should change.

What good looks like

  • My calendar has calls every week with men who are a good fit and qualified.
  • The men you book show up knowing what Wealth Nexus is and why they're on the call.
  • I can see where every conversation stands and what the metrics are.
  • A new setter could learn the process from what you've written down.

What this is not

You shouldn't apply if:

  • You need a base salary. (We want hunters)
  • You want a finished process handed to you with nothing left to build.
  • You'd book a man who doesn't fit just to hit a number.

Who you are

Who this is for

  • You're Muslim, since the men you'll be selling to are Muslim.
  • You believe in the vision of the brotherhood and want to sell something you can genuinely stand behind.
  • You know how owners of premium offers think, because you've sold to them or been in this space a while.
  • You take feedback well and change your approach when something isn't working.
  • You like improving a process and writing down what works.

What you can show me

  • Appointment-setting experience, with results you can explain.
  • Clear written English and reliable working hours.
  • Ideally, setting experience with coaches, consultants or agencies. ManyChat or CRM experience is a plus.

Comp

OTE after 3-6 months: $5,000+ a month

Commission only: 10% of the cash collected on every client you set, with no base and no cap. The more you set, the more you earn. If your role evolves then you should expect to hit $10k+ p/m as a closer or sales manager with us depending on your skillset.
